Insp. Ariel Huesca, a regional police spokesman, said at least 5 gunmen were involved in the attack that occurred in Purok 10 that wounded Junnifer Ungang, 33; and Jordan Lagud, 14. Their companion Marlon Aquino, 56, was unharmed.

He said the gunmen were armed with M16 automatic rifles and escaped after the strafing. The victims were rushed to the hospital in the town of Margosatubig.
