ZAMBOANGA CITY (Mindanao Examiner / Sept. 27, 2012) – Police arrested two teenagers who were allegedly behind a recent robbery at a school in Zamboanga City in the southern Philippines, officials said Thursday.

The two minors, whose ages are 14 and 17, were both nabbed following a police operation. They were tagged as behind the burglary at the Zamboanga National High School.

Police detectives led by Inspector Maricar Ledesma recovered a hammer said to have been used by the two teeners in destroying door locks at the school.

It was not immediately known whether the two suspects had accomplices or involved in other robberies and burglaries in Zamboanga. (Carlissa Horcerada)
