ZAMBOANGA CITY (Mindanao Examiner / July 25, 2013) – Police have captured a prime suspect in the murder of a fish trader in Zamboanga City in southern Philippines, officials said.
Officials said Shabry Nhubin Hinnang was arrested while hiding on the roof of his house in Talon-Talon village where his alleged victim Giovanni Almazan was shot.
Almazan was just buying from a store when motorcycle gunmen attacked him.
The 46-year old trader was shot in the head and killed instantly. Police are still investigating the motive of the attack. (Dodong Ramos)
