3 nawawalang mangingisda, nakabalik ng buhay

COTABATO CITY – Nagmistulang bayani ang tatlong mangingisda nang sila ay makabalik ng buhay sa lalawigan ng Sarangani matapos na mailigtas sa karagatan ng Sabah.

Lumubog ang motorized boat ng tatlo na nakilalang sina Edwin Mayordomo, Adel Felipe at Eugene Pepito ng sila ay pumalaot noon July 2, ngunit inabutan sila ng bagYo sa gitna ng karagatan.

Sa kanilang salaysay, tatlong araw umano silang nagpalutang-lutang sa karagatan hanggang sa mapadpad sa Sabah at nailigtas ng cargo ship M/V Spring Zephyr.

Mismong ang Philippine Coast Guard ang naghatid sa mga mangingisda sa Sarangani province na kung saan ay nagdiwang ang mga pamilya, kaanak at kaibigan nito.

Hindi naman sinabi ng mga ito kung paano silang nabuhay ng tatlong araw ng walang tubig at pagkain. Isasalang sa isang medical examination ang tatlo upang masigurong nasa mabuting kalagayan sila. (Mindanao Examiner)
