38 katao nadale sa putaheng kinain sa Gingoog City

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Mahigit sa 3 dosenang katao ang isinugod sa pagamutan matapos na  magsuka at sumakit ang mga tiyan matapos na umano’y kumain sa isang pistahan kamakailan sa Gingoog City sa northern Mindanao.

Inaalam pa ng Department of Health ang dahilan ng food poisoning, ngunit may hinala ang awtoridad na kontaminado o napanis ang ulam na iniuwi ng mga biktima na pawang taga-Barangay Kalahitan sa Butuan City, halos isang oras ang layo mula sa Gingoog.

Karneng baka at baboy ang putaheng kinain ng mga biktima na kanila rin pinaghati-hatian. Isinugod kamakalawa ang mga biktima sa Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospital upang mabigyan ng lunas ang mga ito.

Nasa maayos na kalagayan na umano ang mga ito. (Mindanao Examiner)
