4 sundalo sugatan sa atake ng NPA

DAVAO CITY – Isang operasyon ang inilunsad ng militar kontra New People’s Army matapos na pasabugan ng rebeldeng grupo ang isang army patrol sa Agusan del Sur na ikinasugat ng 4 sundalo.
Kinumpirma ito ngayon ni Capt. Alberto Caber ng Eastern Mindanao Command at sinabing nasabugan ng bomba ang mga tropa mg 26th Infantry Battalion habang nasa patrulya ang mga ito.
Hindi naman naglabas ng pangalan si Caber ng mga biktima ngunit simabi nito na may mga nabawing pampasabog sa Barangay Binucayan sa bayan ng Loreto na kung saan naganap ang ambush.
Tulad ng inaasahan, ginamit na naman ng militar ang sibilyan upang sabihin na may sugatan sa panig mg NPA sa labanan. Ito ang madalas na sabihin ng Eastern Mindanao Command sa tuwing may sagupaan.
Walang inilabas na pahayag ang NPA ukol sa ambush. Matagal ng nakikipaglaban ang rebeldeng grupo upang maitatag ang sariling pamahalaan sa bansa. (Mindanao Examiner)
