BASILAN PROVINCE (Mindanao Examiner / July 5, 2014) – Police said two men were shot dead before dawn Saturday inside a house in Isabela City in the southern Philippine province of Basilan.
Police said the victims, Glendon Jorolan and Oliver Plad, were found dead inside the house in Panunsulan village.
“The two victims sustained multiple gunshot wounds on different parts of the body. The shooting of the two victims was perpetrated by unknown gun man. Victims were found lying lifeless inside the house,” a police report said.
Police said investigators recovered seven bullet casings of .45-caliber pistol in the house. It said the killing was probably connected to illegal drugs. (Mindanao Examiner)
