Teleperformance Philippines celebrates 18th anniversary

DAVAO CITY – Teleperformance, the leading global provider of outsourced customer experience management services, is celebrating its 18th year of business operations in the Philippines.

Starting with a mere 100 employees in 1996, Teleperformance Philippines have now grown to a strong workforce of nearly 23,000. As the company increases in size, more employment opportunities are offered on all of the 11 Teleperformance sites to include Teleperformance Davao. Other sites are located across Metro Manila, Antipolo, Cebu and Bacolod.

It said new hires can expect a progressive career path at Teleperformance, adding apart from competitive salaries and incentive packages, the company invests in the learning and development of its employees to prepare them for leadership roles in the future.

Teleperformance likewise provides state-of-the-art work facilities for its people and holds fun-filled company events that give employees a warm, friendly environment that inspires creativity and teamwork.

“Teleperformance continues to be an industry leader, thanks to the dedication and excellent customer experience provided by our outstanding employees. Our determination to succeed and our passion to serve are fueling this significant growth,” Travis Coates, Managing Director of Teleperformance Philippines, said in a statement sent to the regional newspaper Mindanao Examiner.

“Now, as we celebrate our 18th Anniversary in the country, we welcome more dedicated individuals to be part of our ever growing family and build a rewarding career with us,” he added.
