MANILA – Will Interior Secretary Mar Roxas, who was named by President Aquino as the Liberal party’s top bet for next year’s presidential elections, live up to the expectation of the Filipinos?
This was thee question posed by many people after he Aquino publicly endorsed Roxas on July 31 at the Club Filipino.
Aquino said he believes in the capability of Roxas in continuing his legacy to lead the Philippines to a better country.
He also believed Roxas is a man of dignity and rallied public support for Roxas who vowed to lead every Filipino in “Daang Matuwid.” (Amor Arcillas)
