
MANILA – September 2025. The Global Tourism Business Association (GTBA), in partnership with ONEKLIK, is set to open the 3rd Travel Sale Expo (TSE) on September 26–28, 2025 at the Megatrade Hall, SM Megamall. The three-day event will feature more than 200 exhibitors, offering a wide range of travel products and services for both domestic and international destinations.
At the official press conference hosted by Novotel Manila Araneta City, GTBA Founding Chairman and TSE Chairperson Michelle Taylan announced that travelers can expect “a lot of exciting offerings and discounts of up to 75%.” From airline tickets and hotel accommodations to tour packages and travel services, the expo is positioned as the ultimate hub for affordable travel opportunities.
The press launch gathered distinguished guests including H.E. Agus Widjojo, Ambassador of Indonesia; Boracay Mayor Frolibar Bautista; DTI Director Aleem Guiapal; Ms. Heng Pisey, Second Secretary of the Cambodia Embassy; Mr. Vu Thanh Dat, Consul of the Vietnam Embassy; Philip Gejon, Country Manager of Guam Visitors Bureau; Mr. Faizal Sharip, Director of Tourism Malaysia; and Mr. Ivannovich Agote, DOT NCR-OIC. Leaders from the hospitality and financial sectors also joined, underscoring the strong support for this year’s edition.
The expo is organized in partnership with Boracay Malay Aklan, the Philippine Retirement Authority, the Embassy of Malaysia, and the Department of Trade and Industry, with support from the Department of Tourism. Sponsors include Metrobank as the official event bank partner, GCash Philippines, San Augustin Travel, and Mixcaricature.
With its theme, “Your Gateway to the World,” the GTBA-ONEKLIK 3rd Travel Sale Expo invites Filipinos to explore a wide variety of destinations-whether local gems or international hotspots-at highly competitive prices. (Vivian Villanueva)
