There have been many speculations that the famous Mona Lisa smile is hiding secrets. And now a scientist has claimed he may have found out what that secret is.
French Scientist Pascal Cotte said there is a hidden painting beneath the Leonardo da Vinci masterpiece.
After 10 years of analyzing the painting, Cotte said there is a hidden picture of a woman looking into the distance.
The woman, he said, has no traces of the Mona Lisa’s enigmatic smile.
A historian said the discovery changes history and Mona Lisa’s home in Paris, the Louvre Museum, might need to change its label.(ABS-CBNnews)
