DAPITAN CITY (Mindanao Examiner / Dec. 2, 2011) – The US-based Secure Call Management Inc. is putting up a call center in Dapitan City in the southern Filipino province of Zamboanga del Norte as part of its expansion in the Philippines.

Robert Klayman, Founder and CEO of Secure Call Management Inc., and The Klayman Group, Secure Call International, SCI Live and SCI “t Home,” has signed an agreement with Filipino business executive Romeo Jalosjos, Sr., a former congressman and head of the Jalosjos Group of Companies during a meeting in Dakak Park and Beach Resort.

Klayman cited the stable peace and order situation in Dapitan City as the main reason for the establishment of the call center there.

Jalosjos said the call center would operate inside the Gloria de Dapitan, a one-of-a-kind and the only premier commercial and leisure park situated in the northwestern part of Mindanao Peninsula.

He said he would up a P30 million, three-storey building that would house the 1,000-seat call center. “We want to see this benchmark in Dapitan City. It will raise awareness and spur development in other areas too,” Jalosjos said.

Initially, the US firm will hire at least 100 call center agents and eventually raise this to 300 agents who shall operate in three shifts of 10 hours.

Klayman did not say how much was the investment of his company, but Secure Call Management Inc. would also set up call centers in Baguio with about 1,500 agents and in Davao City with 2,000 agents.

Secure Call Management has engineered various innovative and state-of-the-art call center solutions. (Mindanao Examiner)
