MANILA (Mindanao Examiner / Apr. 10, 2012) – An attempt by an unidentified hacker to break into the social media account of the Mindanao Examiner in Facebook has failed.
A security notification by Facebook showed the hacker tried, but failed to break the Mindanao Examiner password.
The motive of the attempot to hack into the media account or who was behind it is still unknown.
Facebook security systems tracked down the location of the server used by the hacker to be in Makati City. (Mindanao Examiner)
