BASILAN (Mindanao Examiner / May 28, 2013) – A 20-year old man was shot and killed in an attack by a lone gunman in Isabela City in the southern Philippine province of Basilan, police said Tuesday.
Police said Musa Anding was buying at a store together with his 13-year old girlfriend when killed. The teenager was unhurt from the shooting.
The assailant escaped after the attack and police investigators recovered a bullet casing of an M14 rifle in the area.
Police is investigating the motive of the killing or whether it was connected to his affair with the girl. (Mindanao Examiner)
