BIFF binayo ng militar!

COTABATO CITY – Marami umanong casualties ang Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters matapos na paulanan ng bomba at rockets mula sa mga eroplano at helicopters at kuta nito sa bayan ng Datu Piang sa Maguindanao province.

Hindi pa matiyak ng militar kung gaano karami ang sugatan at nasawi sa air strikes na isinagwa ng Philippine Air Force sa liblib na mga barangay doon na pinagtataguan diumano ng BIFF.

Kinumpirma rin ito ni Capt. Jo-ann Petinglay, ang tagapagsalita ng 6th Infantry Division, ngunit hindi naman nito maibigay ang tiyak na ulat ng casualties sa panibagong assault ng militar laban sa BIFF.

May lumutang na balita na 3 tauhan ng teroristang si Basit Usman ang kabilang sa mga nasawi sa hanay ng BIFF na pinaniniwalaang siyang nagbibigay ng proteksyon o nagkakanlong sa kanya. Sabit si Usman at BIFF sa ibat-ibang pambobomba sa central Mindanao. (Mindanao Examiner)
