PEACE IN MAGUINDANAO: Cyclists gathered in Datu Saudi Ampatuan town and head to the village of Masalay in Ampatuan town – the site of the gruesome November 23, 2009 massacre of 58 people, including more than 30 journalists and media workers.
Maj. Gen.Edmundo Pangilinan, commander of the 6th Infantry Division, and Senior Supt. Rodelio Jocson, Maguindanao provincial police director, lead the “Bike for Peace” in support to the government’s peace efforts and media organization in the commemoration of the 5th year of the massacre.
