
ZAMBOANGA CITY – Two burglars carted away a coffee machine and a microwave oven worth over P300,000 from a private school in Zamboanga City in southern Philippines, police said Tuesday.
Police said PO3 Ralph Carpio, a security escort of Crisanto dela Cruz, of the Nuevo Zamboanga School, reported the burglary which occurred on the night of October 19 in Pasobolong village.
A video recorded by a close circuit television camera inside the school showed two men, their faces covered with t-shirt, passed through kitchen of the school’s restaurant and took the coffee machine and oven.
One of the men was also carrying a bolo. Police are investigating the burglary. (Mindanao Examiner)
