ZAMBOANGA CITY (Mindanao Examiner / Aug.12, 2012) – An unidentified body of a man was found on sidewalk outside a hotel in downtown Zamboanga City in Mindanao, police said.
Police said the corpse, lying flat on its chest, was discovered by security guard Roland Singko who immediately phoned authorities to report about the body found outside the Astoria Hotel.
It was not immediately known whether the man was a murder victim or died to natural circumstances.
Police said the body was sent to Villa Funeral Parlor for postmortem examination to determine the cause of death and to find out the identity of the body. (Carlissa Horcerada)
