ZAMBOANGA CITY (Mindanao Examiner / June 2, 2013) – A Cebu Pacific plane overshot the runway in Davao City in southern Philippines late Sunday, but all passengers were safe, reports said.
It said the Cebu Pacific flight 5J-971 from Manila skidded upon landing and ended at the grassy part of the runway.
The plane has over 160 passengers and crew. Aviation authorities are investigating the accident. (Mindanao Examiner)
