Cotabato 1st Engineering District nangunguna sa buong Rehiyon 12 sa may pinakamahusay na pag-implementa ng proyekto

KIDAPAWAN CITY — Mataas na performance rating ang nakuha ng Cotabato 1st Engineering District kung pagbabatayan ang Summary of Statement of Allotments, Obligations and Balances o SAOB.

Ito ayon kay District Engineer Elpidio Birog sa presentasiyon na kanyang ipinakita sa mga kagawad ng media sa isang pulong balitaan, kamakalawa.

Aniya sa buwan ng Hunyo ay nakapagtala ng mas mataas na Absorptive Capacity (AC) na 88% ang Cotabato 1st Engineering District mas mataas kung ikumpara sa target AC na 70%.

Ganundin ang Disbursement Rate (DR) na nakakuha ng 31% mas mataas din sa target na 30%.

Ang Cotabato 1st Engineering din ang may pinakamalaking pondo na umaabot sa P4.68 Bilyun.

Sumunod sa may pinakamagandang performance din ang South Cotabato Engineering district, sinusundan ng Sultan Kudarat 2nd Engineering District habang ang Cotabato City naman ang may pinakamababang nakuha kapwa sa Absorptive Capacity at Disbursement Rate.

Ang AC at DC ang basehan ng DPWH Central Office ng performance ng bawat engineering District.

Sinabi ni Birog na posibleng ma ba-blacklist ang mga contractor ng isang taon kapag malaman na may mga paglabag ang mga ito.

Samantala pang no. 12 naman ang Region 12 na may 72.64% na rating sa pag-implementa ng Absorptive Capacity sa buong bansa. Rhoderick Beñez
