COTABATO CITY (Mindanao Examiner / June 6, 2012) – Chief Superintendent Alex Paul Monteagodo, the newly designated regional commander of SOCCSKSARGEN in Central Mindanao, has vowed to continue the good image of the Philippine National Police and to serve the public with utmost dedication and professionalism.
SOCCSKSARGEN stands for the region’s four provinces and one of its cities – South Cotabato, Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani and General Santos City – or as it is officially designated a Region XII.
Monteagodo, a decorated official, visited recently the Cotabato City Police Office where he awarded over a dozen outstanding and accomplished policemen.
He also led a tree planting activity while in Cotabato City and later held a meeting among senior police officials. (Mark Navales)
