A billboard sign in Zamboanga del Sur province shows a government project implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways in Western Mindanao and reads: Repair/restoration of damaged road slope along Pagadian City, Zamboanga Road, Tigbao-Kumalarang Section. Its contractor is Jargon Construction Supply. But the sign is missing other important details of the project which is a requirement in all government projects.
And the same goes to another government project also implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways in Western Mindanao and this one is for the “Construction/road opening of Zamboanga City by-pass road Culianan-Pasonanca-Patalon road (Phase 1).
