
PAGADIAN CITY (Mindanao Examiner / June 23, 2013) – Police arrested four people during a drug sting in Buug town in the southern Philippine province of Zamboanga Sibugay, officials said on Sunday.
Officials said policemen led by Inspector Raul Clavecilla arrested the four in the village called Bliss. Police also recovered suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, also called “shabu,” and marked money used by agents in the drug bust.
A .45-caliber pistol was also seized from the men who were identified as Xelcius Costaños, 30; Rex Brian Bucaling, 19; Leonelle Estomago, 22; and Edgar Jay Galambao, 25.
Police filed criminal charges against the suspects for trafficking illegal drugs. (Mindanao Examiner)
