ZAMBOANGA CITY (Mindanao Examiner / Aug. 7, 2013) – Police arrested a man accused of repeatedly raping his two daughters ages four and seven in Zamboanga City in southern Philippines.
Police said the father is facing criminal charges after he was arrested in the village called Malagutay following a complaint filed by his wife.
The woman discovered the abuses after their four-year old daughter complained of severe pain and swelling in her private parts. Her sister also told her mother that she too was molested by their father.
Police said the father is now detained while authorities prepare criminal charges against him. (Mindanao Examiner)
