PAGADIAN CITY (Mindanao Examiner / May 2, 2013) – Four people were injured after a truck overturned along the highway in Josefina town in Zamboanga del Sur province in southern Philippines, police said.
Police said the truck, owned by former Zamboanga del Norte congressman Romeo G. Jalosjos, was heading to Dipolog City from Pagadian when it overturned near the village of Mansanas.
It said the truck was being driven by the 23-year old Albert Hanio, 23, who lost control of the wheel.
The injured driver and his passengers were rushed to hospital in Molave town in Zamboanga del Sur. Police did not identify the passengers, but said they only suffered minor injuries. (Mindanao Examiner)
