PAGADIAN CITY – Police arrested a 21-year old man who mauled his mother following a heated argument in Zamboanga del Norte’s Manukan town in southern Philippines, officials said Saturday.
Officials said Kerwin Labucay was drunk when arrested by the police. He was visiting his mother in San Antonio village when he engaged the woman in an argument that turned violent.
The man also threatened to kill his mother Felomina as soon as he gets out of jail, according to the police. It was unknown whether the woman would file charged against her son. (Mindanao Examiner)
