ZAMBOANGA CITY (Mindanao Examiner / July 6, 2013) – Police are searching for a man who shot a motorist following an altercation over a traffic accident in Zamboanga City in southern Philippines, officials said Saturday.
Officials said Masuhud Yasin is being sought by the police after he was implicated in the alleged shooting of Rizal Baiting in the coastal village of Recodo.
“Man-hunt operation is being conducted by the Zamboanga City Police Office for possible arrest of the suspect,” Chief Inspector Ariel Huesca, a regional police spokesman, said.
He said Baiting was shot in the neck and rushed to the hospital. Yasin escaped after the shooting. (Mindanao Examiner)
