ZAMBOANGA CITY (Mindanao Examiner / Sept. 5, 2012) – Motorists in Zamboanga City were amazed when the saw a lone police officer manning a traffic intersection despite a driving rain on Wednesday afternoon.
The unidentified officer, clad in vinyl raincoat and water-soaked black leather shoes, was spotted manning the traffic all alone at the intersection of Tumaga village during rush hour.
Motorists blew their horn in admiration as they passed by the traffic policeman, who continued doing his job despite the bad weather.
