CEBU -Exempted ang mga Overseas Filipino Workers sa pagbayad sa airport terminal fee ug uban pang bayronon nga travel tax ug documentary stamp.

Kini ang subling gipahinomdom sa Department of Labor and Employment sa Department of Transportation and Communications. Gihimo ni DOLE Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz ang pahayag human sa panawagan sa Manila International Airport Authority nga ipahunong ang paglakip sa terminal fee o integration sa bayronon sa ticket.

Matud pa ni Baldoz, gipahibalo na usab nila kang DOTC Secretary Joseph Abaya ang ilang posisyon kalabot sa maong hisgotanan. Gidugang pa sa Kalihim nga andam ang iyang buhatan nga ipa-ambit sa MIAA ug mga airline companies ang ilang database sa mga OFW aron dili na sila pangayoan og terminal fee kun mopalit og ticket.

Sa gipatuman nga sistema sa kasamtangan, apil sa bayaran sa mga OFW sa pagpalit og ticket ang terminal fee apan mahimong makakuha og refund alang niini sa NAIA terminal sa higayong makapakita sila og Overseas Employment Certificate. (MBCN, ECB)
