COTABATO CITY –A motorcycle man who is said to be related to Senator Manny Pacquiao is facing criminal charges after he collided on another motorcycle killing its driver in General Santos City, radio reports said Tuesday.
Brigada Radio said Marcelo Pacquiao – who was allegedly intoxicated – collided head on with the motorcycle of Angel Clerino on the highway. Clerino’s foot was decapitated from the impact of the collision and was rushed to hospital where he died.
Police were investigating the accident. (Mindanao Examiner)
