Philippine Senate commends French-Filipina for winning Miss World 2011 1st Princess

MANILA (Mindanao Examiner / Nov. 21, 2011) – French-Filipina Gwendoline Ruais, who was recently crowned 1st Princess in the Miss World 2011 beauty pageant, has arrived to the Philippines and was commended by the Senate for giving honor the country.
Ruais competed in the Miss World 2011 pageant in London.
Senate President Pro Tempore Jose Pimentel Ejercito, Jr. authored a resolution commending Ruais for giving honor to the Philippines and for showcasing “stunning beauty, commendable personality and exceptional intelligence.” (Mindanao Examiner)
