ZAMBOANGA CITY (Mindanao Examiner / July 31, 2013) – Police arrested a man who allegedly raped a four-year old girl in Zamboanga City in southern Philippines, officials said Wednesday.
Officials said Jay Gregorio was arrested after the girl’s family accused him of raping the girl inside his house.
The girl’s father spotted her daughter coming out of the house and noticed her bloody pair of short pants.
Police immediately arrested Gregorio and filed charges against him at a local court. (Mindanao Examiner)
