
MANILA (Mindanao Examiner / Jan. 14, 2013) – Cagayan First District Representative Jack Enrile will have a very busy day on Tuesday, as he is scheduled to receive and welcome in his hometown province Vice President Jejomar Binay together with his colleagues from the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA).
The scheduled visit of the UNA team in Cagayan province is part of a three-day consultation sortie of the members of the coalition in Cagayan Valley aimed to personally check for themselves the conditions of the region.
“It is an honor and a great privilege on my part to host the leaders and my colleagues in the party,” Enrile said. “I am now overwhelmed and excited to show them the hospitality of Cagayanos when they arrive here on Tuesday.”
Enrile will be joined by Cagayan Gov. Bong Antonio and Vice Gov. Odi Fausto in welcoming the UNA party in the city of Tuguegarao. They are also scheduled to visit the towns of Iguig, Solana and Peñablanca.
Local leaders and villagers are expected to give a warm welcome to UNA top personalities.
Aside from Cagayan, the UNA team and Jack’s father, Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile, is also scheduled to visit Isabela, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya provinces on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.
