MANILA (Mindanao Examiner / Apr. 28, 2013) – TVI Pacific Inc. announced the appointment of Steven Feldman to the position of Vice President, Investor and Corporate Relations, effective April 26.

TVI said Feldman will lead the investor relations and external communications functions for the company and will be the primary liaison between TVI and investors, analysts and the financial community.

“Steven brings experience and intensity to his new position at TVI. We look forward to him playing an important role in communicating our current operations and growth initiatives to expand and contribute to shareholder value as a diversified mining company focused on Southeast Asia.”

“This is truly an exciting time for TVI as we advance our Balabag gold-silver project towards production in 2014 and forge ahead with our Mindoro joint venture projects that represent near and mid-term cash flow opportunities,” said Clifford M. James, Chairman and CEO of TVI Pacific.

He said Feldman has significant experience in the mining industry, adding prior to joining TVI, he was manager for Investor Relations from 2005 to 2012 at SouthGobi Resources Ltd. which is the largest foreign operator in Mongolia’s coal sector.

Feldman served as the key contact and spokesperson for SouthGobi in North America where he attended and presented at major industry conferences.
