“Gov. Toto Tan along with Vice Gov. Sakur Tan hosted a merienda chat with actively-engaged functional luminaries of different civil society organizations in Sulu, including NGOs, youth, women, religious and faith-based groups, academe, non-state actors, fraternities, people’s organizations among others. The treat was really more like a thanksgiving and gesture of appreciation to their continuing involvement in the affairs of the locality,” ani Abdulla. (Mindanao Examiner)
