“The Davao region continues to be a growth pillar for Torre Lorenzo,” says TLDC CEO and President Tomas P. Lorenzo. “We have always believed in the region, and we’ve shown this with the launch of Dusit Thani Residence 10 years ago and the opening of Dusit D2 Hotel in Davao City and Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation in Davao de Oro in 2019.”

Our Davao projects have been performing well because of growing demand and the Mindanaoan’s appreciation for quality.

Crown Residences is Torre Lorenzo’s newest residential development in Davao City, with several schools, business and commercial districts, and major transportation hubs just a few minutes drive away. Framed by expansive views of the Davao Gulf, Crown Residences combines modern elegance with convenience, offering amenities such as a fitness center, a jogging path, a children’s playground, a yoga and meditation garden, a paw park, and function rooms that cater to everyday needs, enhancing and elevating the living experience.

“Davao is one of the fastest-growing economies in the Philippines, and we’re proud to contribute to its growth and development,” shares TLDC COO Cathy Casares-Ko. “With Crown Residences, we bring Torre Lorenzo’s signature premium residences to the city.  We are confident that this project will attract investments, thereby driving economic growth and further enhancing the city’s dynamic urban landscape.” (PR)
