Truck sinunog ng NPA sa South Cotabato

COTABATO CITY – Isang truck na umano’y pagaari ng isang Japanese fruit exporter company ang sinunog ng New People’s Army ngayon Miyerkoles sa South Cotabato province sa Mindanao na kung saan ay aktibo ang rebeldeng grupo.

Hindi pa mabatid ang dahilan ng atake, ngunit ilang ulit na rin tinira ng NPA ang nasabing kumpanya na may mga plantation sa Mindanao. Nabatid na mahigit sa isang dosenang armado ang humarang sa truck sa highway at pinababa ang driver at tatlong pahinante nito bago tuluyang sinilaban ang truck.

Patungo umano sa General Santos City ang truck ng ito’y harangin ng mga rebelde. Wala naman pahayag ang kumpanya ukol sa naganap at maging ang militar ay wala rin inilabas na anumang ulat sa atakeng naganap sa kabila ng paulit-ulit na pahayag na gastado na umano ang puwersa ng NPA.

Matagal nang nakikibaka ang NPA upang maitatag ang sariling estado sa bansa. (Mindanao Examiner)
