
ZAMBOANGA CITY – Police said seven people were injured after an ambulance rammed a street pole in Zamboanga City in southern Philippines.
Police said the ambulance, driven by Abubakar A. Hussin, hit the pole after avoiding a collision with a motorcycle along Don Navarro Road on December 27.
Hussin and his passengers – Nur Arip J. Adju, Lyra Mae L. Vicente, Mohammad Nur P. Kalbi, Al-Muhmar A. Muham, Harip J. Bandojo and Rafael M. Morla all injured in the accident.
Police said the ambulance is assigned to the Zamboanga City Health Office, but it was unknown whether the passengers were patients or employees. (Mindanao Examiner)
