6th Infantry Division sa Mindanao may bagong hepe na

 Ang bagong hepe ng 6th Infantry Division sa bayan ng Awang sa Maguindanao province na si Brig. Gen. Edmundo Pangilinan kasama sina Philippine Army chief Lt Gen. Hernando Iriberri at Maj. Gen. Romeo Gapuz. (Mindanao Examiner Photo – Mark Navales)

MAGUINDANAO (Mindanao Examiner / May 28, 2014) – Pormal ng umupo bilang bagong hepe ng 6th Infantry Division sa Maguindanao province si Brig. Gen. Edmundo Pangilinan at nangako ito na lalong pagiibayuhin ang magandang tiwala ng publiko sa militar.

Pinalitan ni Pangilinan si Maj. Gen. Romeo Gapuz at mismong si Lt Gen. Hernando Iriberri, ang hepe ng Philippine Army ang siyang nanguna sa naturang okasyon na dinaluhan rin ng mga alkalde ng naturang lalawigan at kalapit na lugar.

Sinabi naman ni 6th Infantry Division spokesman, Col. Dickson Hermoso na lubos ang pasasalamat ni Gapuz sa suportang ipinamalas ng publiko sa kanyang liderato.

Si Pangilinan ay nagtapos sa Philippine Military Academy at miyembro ng Class 83, samantalang Class 81 naman si Gapuz.

“The presence of so many people from all walks of life witnessing the ceremony is a manifestation that 6th Infantry Division had won the peace in its area of responsibility,” ani Hermoso sa Mindanao Examiner Regional Newspaper.

Nasasakupan ng 6th Infantry Division ang lalawigan ng Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat, North Cotabato and Lanao del Sur. (Mark Navales)
