ZAMBOANGA CITY (Mindanao Examiner / July 19, 2014) – One person was killed and another wounded after being shot by a man in Zamboanga City in southern Philippines, police said.
Police said Marlon Tarroza was killed in the attack while Raymark Ramos had been shot in the leg by the assailant, who escaped with another man after the shooting at Cabato Road in the village of Tetuan.
Police said it arrested one man during a pursuit operation and is being investigated in connection to the murder.
The motive of the attack is also being investigated by the police. (Ely Dumaboc)
