Dirty coal-fired power plant and the P900-Million question By Al Jacinto

COAL-FIRED power plant firm Alcantara and Sons (SRPI) says there is a strong need for the Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative to improve its collections and technical capabilities and this NEED P900 million!

If the SMART guys in Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative cannot do their jobs effectively to improve collections and services…then they should RESIGN…because POOR CONSUMERS will end up suckers to the dictates of SRPI…

JUST SAY NO TO DIRTY COAL-FIRED POWER PLANT IN ZAMBOANGA CITY…because it is hazardous to human health and environment!
