Imbestigasyon sa plane crash sa Tagum sinimulan na

Isang spray plane na tulad nito ang bumagsak sa Tagum City sa Mindanao nitong Mayo 12, 2012 na ikinamatay ng piloto na si Captain Steve Pacaldo.


DAVAO CITY (Mindanao Examiner / May 13, 2012) – Sinimulan na ng mga awtoridad ngayon ang imbestigasyon sa pagbagsak ng isang maliit na spray plane sa Tagum City sa Davao region sa Mindanao na kung saan ay isang piloto ang nasawi.

Kinilala ng pulisya ang nasawi na si Captain Steve Pacaldo, 36, at ayon sa ulat ay bumulusok ang spray plane habang nagpapakawala ng pesticide sa malaking banana plantation sa Barangay La Filipina nitong Sabado ng umaga.

Hindi pa mabatid ang tunay na dahilan ng pagbagsak ng spray plane at possible umanong mechanical problem o pilot error ang sinisipat na dahilan nito.

Pagaari ng Sumifru Airtrack Agency ang naturang eroplano.

Nuong nakaraang Nobyembre ay isang piloto rin – Captain Napoleon Emia – ang nasawi matapos na bumagsak ang spray plane nito sa kalagitnaan ng pagbubuga nito ng kemikal sa banana plantation na pagaari naman ng Lapanday Foods Corp. sa Panabo City sa Davao region rin.

Hindi naman inilabas ng pulisya ang resulta ng kanilang imbestigasyon sa pagbagsak ng eroplano, ngunit sinasabing mechanical trouble ang dahil nito. (Mindanao Examiner)
