MANILA – Baygon® & OFF!®, pest-control brands under SC Johnson officially launches Mission: TAPOSible, a nationwide movement encouraging Filipino families to help protect life’s everyday moments by making dengue prevention part of their daily routine. The campaign kicks off at Market! Market! in Taguig City with brand ambassadors Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico who are popular power couple known for their dynamic public personas, inviting the public to pledge simple actions that help keep homes and communities protected from mosquito-borne diseases.

With Mission: TAPOSible, SC Johnson hopes to help inspire a shift towards proactive, year-round protection so families can focus on what matters most: spending time together, uninterrupted.
About Mission TAPOSible
According to the latest statistics from the Department of Health (DOH), the Philippines has recorded over 123,000 dengue cases from January to June 2025, with children aged 5 to 14 and residents living in urban communities among the most affected.
With the rainy season in full swing and the risk of mosquito breeding ground increasing, the need for consistent dengue prevention becomes even more urgent.
To bring the reality of dengue closer to home, SC Johnson premiered a short documentary during the Mission: TAPOSible launch event, featuring real stories from families who have experienced the disease firsthand. One of them is Mafe, a 30-year-old mother of two, who contracted dengue in 2016 while four months pregnant. With only a 50% chance of survival, her experience was a life-altering reminder of how serious mosquito-borne illnesses can be. Though she survived, Mafe continues to live with the fear of it happening again-especially for the sake of her children.
The Mission: TAPOSible campaign carries the message: “Protect Every Moment.” It’s a reminder that prevention starts at home and is an essential part of caring for the people and moments cherished most. SC Johnson encourages families to build simple, everyday habits like applying mosquito repellent before going out or keeping homes free of pests [proposed replacement line: regularly cleaning potential mosquito breeding areas around the home] as part of this proactive mindset.
At the heart of the campaign is the Mission: TAPOSible microsite, where families can pledge to take small, preventive steps to help protect not just themselves but also their loved ones and communities. The goal is to make daily dengue protection a shared commitment, so everyone can enjoy life’s meaningful moments.
Proposed paragraph to replace the above: “By making dengue protection a shared commitment, the campaign empowers every family to safeguard life’s most meaningful moments by coming together and taking simple, preventive steps to protect their loved ones and communities.”
