ZAMBOANGA CITY (Mindanao Examiner / May 2, 2014) – The National Bureau of Investigation arrested two men and seized from them guns and illegal drugs during a raid late Friday in Zamboanga City in southern Philippines, reports said.
It said members of the NBI swooped down on the house in the village of San Jose and arrested the duo.
The agents recovered two handguns, ammunition and suspected shabu and other drug paraphernalia, including a portable weighing scale in the house where the men were temporarily staying.
The suspected drug dealers did not give any statement. (Mindanao Examiner)
