PAGADIAN CITY (Mindanao Examiner / Apr. 25, 2013) – Two motorcycle gunmen shot dead a resident of Pagadian City in an attack in the town of Labangan in Zamboanga del Sur province, police said Thursday.
Police said the 56-year old Mantang Dumato was killed along the national highway near the village of Bulangit by two gunmen. Dumato, a resident of Muricay village here, was shot several times in the head and killed instantly.
The attackers escaped on a motorcycle after the shooting. The motive of the killing is still unknown and police are investigating the murder. (Mindanao Examiner)
