CEBU – Gimando na ni Presidente Benigno Aquino ang pagpagawas sa P5,000 performance bonus sa mga kawani sa gobyerno.
Matud pa ni Budget Secretary Florencio Abad, naa sa 1.4 milyon ka civil servants ug uniformed personnel ang makadawat og Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) nga mokabat sa P7 bilyon.
Dugang pa sa kalihim, tuyo sa PEI nga pahalipayan ang mga kawani sa gobyerno og pakonsuwelo tungod sa kakugi ug maaghat silang magpursige pa sa trabaho.
Ang PEI gawas pa sa year-end bonus nga susama sa usa ka bulan nga suholan ug cash gift nga nagkantidad og P5,000.
“We hope to motivate them further to increase their efficiency and overall performance as we collectively continue pursuing our socio-economic development goals,” matud pa ni Abad.
